Information Literacy: Study of Incoming First-Year Undergraduates in Quebec.   A report prepared for Conference des Recteurs et des Principaux des Universites du Quebec (Conference of Rectors and Principals of Quebec Universities), by Diane Mittermeyer and Diane Quirion, 2003.

Study summary:

The multiple-choice instrument assesses student knowledge of components of the information research process and is based on standards published by the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL).  The standards were used to identify 5 themes on which the 20 questions in the survey are based.  The document reports on administration of the instrument to over 3,000 students.
